Manual therapy is the most non-invasive therapeutic method regarding juncture dysfunctions and soft molecule injuries. Rehabilitation depends on several mobilization techniques, manual manipulation and pain management stimulations.
The Nordic system of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy is applied based on 3 facts: the patients’ descriptions, the clinical examinations’ discoveries and the manual therapists’ findings. When it comes to prevention, the whole process is based on the amelioration of ergonomics and the application of therapeutic exercises on behalf of the patient.
