Contemporary bibliography does not support the claim that there is a mathematical correlation between extra weight and musculoskeletal issues. However, the combination between various predispositions and, for example, the absence of physical activity and/or working conditions may affect the development of spinal and peripheral joint issues.

 

However, you should be cautious by all means. There is a lot of discourse going on among therapists and patients concerning the oversights on both ends. Having said this, each individual is responsible not to neglect the healthy weight/height balance and remember that abrupt non supervised body weight shifts may result in musculoskeletal reluctance to everyday routines.

 

Admittedly, numerical weight figures cannot exclusively bear the responsibility of resolving musculoskeletal issues. However, the combination of a balanced lifestyle in addition to a healthy nutrition plan-according to your nutrition specialist- may lead to the reduction of musculoskeletal issues.
