Pregnancy is an interesting case for the science of physiotherapy. Natural course of pregnancy, meaning hormonal and anatomical change, prepare women’s body for delivery but also are the main causes of pain.

 

Lower back pain, wrist pain and back pain commonly appear during pregnancy. Physiolysis Centre offers precautionary enhancing programs that may diminish the aforementioned symptoms. In addition, it is important for pregnant women to know the appropriate rest positions for each anatomical location in order to diminish every possible burden.

 

Our approach is to take note a woman’s medical case history during our first session together in order to produce a customized exercise program. To name a few exercises that may help quite a few of you: torso mobilization, pelvis lift and mobilization of the nervous tissue.
